GMS Robotics Tournament

Challenger’s Robotics Teams showcased their exceptional talent and teamwork at the GMS Robotics Tournament on Saturday, January 11th.  The tournament featured fierce competition from several teams, each vying for recognition in design, programming, and strategic gameplay.  Congratulations to Team Alpha for coming away with the Excellence Award.

Team Alpha impressed judges and spectators alike with their innovative robot design, outstanding problem solving skills, and a strong commitment to community outreach.  Winning the Excellence Award represents the highest award a team can achieve at the tournament, celebrating not only their engineering ingenuity but also their dedication to fostering STEM education and teamwork.  This victory is the result of months of hard work, countless before and after school practices, and unwavering support from our coaches and families.  Team Alpha has also received 2 automatic bids to the state competition in Garden City, Kansas on March 8th.

Congratulations to all of the Challenger Teams that competed for an incredible tournament and to Team Alpha for their well-deserved win!.  We are looking forward to our upcoming Challenger tournament on February 8th.
